Return Policy

You have 60 days to complete your return.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days after approval.

There are no restocking fees.

To receive the return address, please contact our customer service team.

Hygiene-related items, including toiletries, personal care products, and oral care products, are non-returnable.

Return Period

You have 60 days from the delivery date to return your goods.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, you will automatically receive a full refund within 7 days to the same payment method used for your order.

  • No restocking fee will be charged for returned items.
  • A full refund can only be issued once the return is authorized and the item(s) have been shipped back to our warehouse according to the instructions provided.
  • After we confirm receipt of the returned order, it will be inspected to ensure all refund criteria are met. Only then will the refund be issued.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. First check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company or your bank — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@rinkoss.com.

Exchanges

We only replace/reship items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange your item, please send us an email at hello@rinkoss.com.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and place a new order for the desired item.

Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to hello@rinkoss.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Include clear photos of the damages or issues if possible.
  2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will respond and inform you how to return the product. Depending on the reason for the return, you may need to provide additional information or documents.
  3. Return with Shipping Costs: Send the product at your own expense to the provided address. Ensure the product is carefully packaged to avoid damage during transit.
  4. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect its condition. If approved, your refund will be processed. If the item was damaged due to misuse, or if you sent the wrong item, no refund can be issued.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item.
