Delivery Country

We currently deliver to the following countries:

United Kingdom, United States, Australia, Canada, Ireland, Italy, Singapore, Spain, France, Japan, Denmark, Czechia, Switzerland.

Order Confirmation

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This means we have registered your order in our system and started processing it.

Order Tracking

You will receive your tracking code via email within 24 hours after your package leaves our warehouse.

Delivery Details

Cut-off time: If the order date/time is before 3:00 PM (GMT) London, processing will begin the same day.

Processing Time: 1–2 days (Mon–Sat)
Delivery Time (United Kingdom): 5–8 days (Mon–Sat)
Delivery Time (All other listed countries): 5–10 days (Mon–Sat)

Note: Delivery windows are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays and seasonal volume.

Shipping Costs

We cover shipping costs for every order. All our products are delivered to your home 100% free of charge. There is no minimum order quantity.

Delayed Orders

If the maximum order processing and shipping time has passed and your order has not yet arrived, please allow up to two additional days and use your tracking code to check the latest status. If your package still has not arrived, please contact us with your order number.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your package arrives damaged or with incorrect items (e.g., wrong size or color), take clear photos, briefly describe the issue, and contact us with your order number. We offer a free replacement shipment for damaged/incorrect orders.
